I pounded out five eighths of the Anne Lamotty first draft of LAST DITCH No.5, during the headlong 50K dash that is National Novel Writing Month. (Details here.) Now Im pounding out the final 30K before Christmas and posting my word count daily on my Facebook author page. It looks a lot like an ill-planned  roadtrip, recorded in zip codes, As one friend (Marjorie Tucker) pointed out. 

I've got to say "Grand Canyon" and "Fireside Chat" don't go together in my mind. I've only been there once (see pic)  and it was HOT. But I'm looking forward to talking to my SinC siblings about planting clues. Details here
